The Boston office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP is seeking a temporary, part-time Corporate staff attorney with 3-5 years experience in two or more of the following areas of practice: general corporate law, SEC disclosure and compliance, M&A transactions, private debt and equity financings, and commercial finance transactions. Experience with technology companies a plus. Outstanding academic credentials and major law firm experience are required. Candidate must be admitted to the Massachusetts Bar.
