We seek a Labor and Employment attorney with a minimum of four years experience representing employers in a wide range of labor and employment law, including discipline and discharge, defense of employment related and class action litigation, ERISA, employee benefits, compliance with federal and state laws and regulations related to equal employment opportunities. Practice experience before the NLRB and EEOC a plus. Experience with depositions and motion practice required; some trial experience a plus.
