Full Job Description:
General qualifications for this position include: 5-7 years of legal secretary experience with a minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation; must possess strong communication (oral and written), proofreading, and organizational skills with the ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of accuracy. State and Federal e-filing experience using LexisNexis, proficiency in court rules, docketing, and file management is required.
