The ideal candidate will preferably have prior experience in a legal setting and have a strong attention to detail. This position is responsible for the scheduling and hiring for all hearings in Indiana and Kentucky. Typical responsibilities will include:
Scheduling court hearings and grouping them together.
Maintaining a calendar of appearances
Arranging for in-house or network attorneys to cover hearings.
Inputting results and notes from hearings.
Preparing bills for payment.
