Mid-level Commercial Finance Associate - The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of solid and meaningful experience in the areas of acquisition financing, agented syndicated secured financings, intercreditor and subordination agreements and Article 9 of the UCC.

The candidate should have strong drafting and negotiating skills, a desire for client contact and doing deals, and an outgoing and personable personality. A strong academic background is required as well as meaningful law firm experience on sophisticated transactional matters. Illinois bar admission is strongly preferred. EOE/AA M/V/D.
