We are looking for bright, responsible, independent-thinking men or women with an interest in the law. Applicants should have strong research and computer skills (including Microsoft Excel), as well as an ability to learn on the job. Proficiency in Spanish would be a definite plus (but is not required). The daily job tasks include communicating with members of the classes we represent, factual research using electronic databases and local sources, and analysis of transcripts and corporate documents. The Paralegals confer regularly with all of the firm's attorneys, including the senior partners, on a wide range of case management and factual and legal issues. Many of our former Paralegals have gone on to law school.

The salary is in the $30,000+ range, depending on experience. The firm pays for health insurance and provides three weeks of paid vacation per year. The hours are generally 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with paid overtime sometimes required.

Candidates should, ideally, be available to begin working for us in September.
