Paralegal - responsibilities include effectively managing discovery demands; analyze and communicate impact of discovery responses; assisting attorneys in trial preparation and preparing basic legal pleadings. A Paralegal Certificate from an accredited college or university is required, a Bachelors degree preferred. 1-3 years experience as a litigation defense paralegal preferred.
