The practice group operates extensively under the Rules of Probate Procedure and the Civil Rules of Procedure. The ideal candidate should be proficient with probate and civil procedure rules, and be willing to learn the unique procedure in Colorado, Wyoming and Utah. The ideal candidate will fill this position long term, develop expertise in this area and build off of a strong litigation background. The candidate must be tech savvy, including proficiency with Lexis Nexis and the ability to navigate shared networks. The candidate should have experience with Casemap, Trial Director and other litigation software.

Strong interpersonal skills. Must have at least 2-3 years of civil litigation experience. Prefer experience in probate litigation.
