Qualified candidates will possess superior academic credentials and 2-4 years of legal experience representing finance clients as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel, trustee counsel and/or counsel to credit enhancers or liquidity providers. The candidate is expected to have experience in due diligence matters and drafting bond indentures, official statements, and bond purchase agreements and other financing documents in connection with taxable and tax-exempt general obligation and revenue bonds, including bonds and notes issued on behalf of 501(c)(3) educational institutions and healthcare providers, knowledge and experience in analyzing the tax aspect of public finance bond and notes issues and preparing the appropriate tax regulatory agreements would be a plus, but not required.
