We are presently seeking to staff two additional senior associate-level attorneys in our Milwaukee office. Demonstrated project and file management skills and experience are essential for each position, as are excellent written and oral communication skills.
Full Job Description:
For the first position, we are seeking to hire a health transactional attorney. A qualified candidate must have at least four years of law firm experience in a corporate or commercial practice and a demonstrated interest in health care matters and transactions. Health law or health industry experience is preferred, but not essential. For the second position, we are seeking to hire a health compliance attorney. A qualified candidate for this position must have at least three years of health care regulatory and compliance experience, preferably including some experience with federal false claims, Stark and/or fraud & anti-kickback investigations. Clinical or other health industry experience is desirable. This individual will assist with on- site internal compliance investigations for our hospital clients and must have the ability to travel periodically, with overnight stays at client locations.
