Full Job Description:
The Atlanta office of Alston & Bird is looking for temporary licensed attorneys with real estate litigation and secured debt experience. Ideal candidates are familiar with loan transactions (secured by real or personal property and unsecured), mortgages, foreclosures of real and personal property. Excellent work experience and interpersonal skills are required.
Qualified candidates must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in Georgia. All qualified candidates are required to go through an interview process
