The CFO position is responsible for all accounting functions and a staff of twelve. This position directs the preparation of income and expense budgets, financial plans, forecasts of capital expenditures, and cash flow. The CFO has custody, control and supervision of firm's financial books, is responsible for firm's timely submittal of all local, state and federal tax reports, firm banking relations and investment policy, and accounts for all firm-related purchases and expense invoices. Management of a sophisticated and customized timekeeping and billing system is also under the CFO's leadership.

We require a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related discipline. MBA and/or CPA Certification is a plus. Candidates must have a minimum of five years of successful financial management at the Director level or above. Previous experience in a professional services industry is required, law firm experience preferred.
