Experience in regulatory aspects of healthcare law is a plus. The position will involve addressing client issues regarding the application of federal and state healthcare laws and regulations. Candidate must have excellent writing skills and significant experience drafting agreements and memos for clients and direct experience in handling transactional matters and analyzing issues involved with transactions.

This position will include direct client contact. The successful candidate must be admitted in both PA and NJ bar. Strong academic credentials required.
